Thank you, Jo.

Let’s get started.

1) “What’s your work routine?”

I don't think I have one!

Some days I find the creativity and genius to write, and some days I wonder why the hell people pay me.

2) “What do you know about your work now that you wish you’d known when you first started?”

That you can fully define your own version of success.

It's not universal, and in business, it's not always about the money.

3) “What did your biggest professional failure teach you?”

To learn lessons from every failure, mistake or crisis — and begin acting on them immediately.

4) “What’s the #1 thing that has helped you shorten your craft’s learning curve?”

Only saying yes to the people I truly want to work with — and the projects I really want to work on.

5) “What book has helped you the most over your career?”

The Subtle Art Of Not Giving A Fuck by Mark Manson.

6) “And your parting piece of advice?”

If you're good at something, never do it for free (I've stolen that from Heath Ledger's 'Joker').
